We are helping to give disadvantaged, disabled or vulnerable children the chance to enjoy the excitement of the circus for a day.

We are supporting Circus Starr’s show in Shrewsbury on Saturday 4 October. Circus Starr is a touring circus boasting world-class, professional artists from across the globe. It was first founded in 1987 to help raise much needed funds for local charities whilst providing free seats for thousands of disadvantaged, disabled or vulnerable children. The money donated by us will provide tickets for local children’s charities, support groups or special schools.

Circus Starr Director, Neville Wilson comments, “The children we invite to our shows face many challenges. Some have physical disabilities or learning difficulties, others have life limiting illnesses or are living in refuges. For all of them, life is a struggle and few ever have the chance to experience a live show such as ours.

“We simply could not do what we do without the fantastic support we receive from organisations such as Zengenti whose generous donation will make such a difference to those children’s lives.”

In total, children from over 35 different schools and support organisations will be enjoying some circus magic this autumn.

Richard Chivers, our CEO explained that “Zengenti is pleased to support the great work that Circus Starr do by enabling children to attend free circus shows.  We are proud to be a Shropshire company and it’s great to be able to give back to the community in this way."

Any surplus funds raised by the show are donated to a local charity and the nominated partner charity for Shrewsbury is Lingen Davies Cancer Fund.
