Genetics receive the ISO 9001:2000 certification
Genetics have, at our core, a philosophy of continual improvement and enhancement to our products and services.
As part of this philosophy, we commenced the ISO 9001:2000 process in July 2006 to validate that we were, indeed, measuring the right areas and also that we had the correct structure set in place to enable us to provide the best quality products and services to our customers.
We achieved the certification in February 2007 – an elapsed time of only 8 months – which for any company is fast; for a software organisation this is exceptional. We are one of the few software companies in our sector who have this certification; another indication that Genetics is a clear vendor of choice in this sector.
It is our belief that this achievement validates our processes, and provides our clients with the confidence that we are able to cater for their needs as well as implement improvements to enhance our offerings and services.
