The largest college in Surrey, Guildford College is the latest to choose Contensis CMS to support its new website. The College has two campuses at Stoke Park and Merrist Wood and recently also merged with Farnham College, moving it into the top 10% by size in England. The College provides further, higher, adult and professional education as well as courses for businesses.

Guildford College has a significant Web Services team, which reflects the importance they place on clear communication and interaction with their many stakeholders, from local learners, parents, employers and the non-profit sector to international students and government bodies.

After conducting extensive research, the College invited a small group of the most promising content management system providers to present their systems, with Contensis coming out the clear winner. In the last three months, the College took advantage of Contensis's highly intuitive development model to create an entirely new website with enhanced levels of user interactivity and participation. Head of Web Services, Amila Moslimani, said:

"Contensis was the right choice for us – functional, intuitive and scalable, it ticked all the boxes. The range of core and add-on modules gave us the flexibility to purchase only what we really need. Being based on .NET we can build our own modules too…

We managed to develop a brand new website in just 3 months – thanks to close working relationship with the Genetics Implementation team. It's important to know that there are people who care about our project just a phone call away!"
