The professional services team are here to implement and consult with customers on all areas of CMS implementation.

The team can be involved purely from a consultancy perspective or can take a project and do a full end-to-end delivery - their level of involvement is totally up to the customer. Everyone on the team is motivated to achieve the best possible result within the time and budget available.

Being an ISO accredited company we have a range of flexible procedures and processes in place to ensure we will deliver on time and on budget again and again.

Within any CMS project, Project Management and Communication are key. We utilise Basecamp to collaborate and manage our projects online.

Transparency is Key.

We believe that transparency is key, and every member of the project team from either side of the fence, will have full visibility of time, milestones and all communication.

Normally the Professional Services team will take a design from an agency and set-up everything in Contensis ready for content contributors to be engaged.
