Wizards - Making life easier
Wizards keep it simple - take a look at the options available
Wizards were introduced in Version 5 of Contensis to aid and assist users who are less familiar with Contensis, or who may be using the system less frequently. Wizards effectively hand-hold you through various processes in the system, from creating a piece of content to importing files.

Accessing Wizards
Start using Contensis in seconds
Our philosophy is that creating content should be 'my mother-proof', and having the system in various environments where no training is formally provided to end users, we certainly have been told that we have achieved this.
Wizards can be accessed in various ways, but most obviously through the wizards icon that is available anywhere in the Contensis User Interface .
Every wizard provides the user with a step-by-step route to carrying out the task at hand. Each of the screens have context-sensitive help, explaining each of the fields that require completion.

Available Wizards
Some of the wizards have been covered in more detail, but this list is not exhaustive.
Validation is built-in to allow obvious notification to a user when they have entered data incorrectly.
