Create New Content Wizard
The Create Content Wizard is the wizard that users will use most frequently - it is used for the creation of any piece of content.
This is the starting point for any contributor creating content and it is the point at which we can try to direct them in the creation of well-formed names and titles for their content.

Step 1 - Choosing What and Where
The start of the Wizard allows the user to choose a type of content and a place in the repository to house their content.
Normally, if accessing the Wizard from a folder, you will have already chosen where you want to create the content, so we can jump a step.
All the user must now choose is what they want to create - and they get a preview of what the page will look like.

Step 2 - Specify a Title, Menu Name and File Name
Creating well-formed names and titles for content is extremely important to SEO and to your organisation's visibility on search engines such as Google and Yahoo!, so if we are going to guide them through a process, let’s try and guide them in the right way.
In the latest development version of Contensis, we provide your users with a view of how their title will actually look when it is being seen in Google or Yahoo! This visual indicator actually helps them to form a title that makes sense for this circumstance. All too often we see a title such as "About Us", but what does this mean to anyone viewing this in a search result. Titles like "The History and Background of Contensis" actually makes sense to an end user seeing a result in Google, for example.
As they type their title, the system will automatically generate the Menu Name and File Name, but you may of course want to change this, as we would in this case, so the menu name would still want to be "About Us".
At every step our aim is to assist users in creating content that is well formed, accessible and targeted.

Step 3 - Edit the new page
The type of content will define the Wizard steps.
If you are uploading a Word document, you will be asked to complete the relevant meta data and upload the file, whereas if you are creating a web page you will be given the option to jump into edit mode and edit the page using the WYSIWYG editor.
As you can see, in this case the system gives us the option to create another web page, edit the newly create page or drop back to the dashboard.
