Making versions straight-forward to manage
From the ground up, Contensis was designed as a content versioning system - everything in the system is versioned, whether it be pages, word document, stylesheets or templates, this philosophy is used across Contensis.

Each piece of content falls within a workflow and, based upon the workflow, versions of the content are created.
At any time you can create a new version of the content, preview a previous version or revert to a previous version.
You can view the full information about a version as well as being able to inspect the associated audit trail, and you can even dual view different versions of the content in a side-by-side view.
In normal workflow a major version is created each time a new edit version is approved.
If you really need to, you can roll an entire site back to a particular point in time.
