Audit Trail - Everything you do is recorded

Every change in Contensis is audited - no matter how small.

The audit trail is very useful for many reasons, particularly from an accountability perspective as you can track who has done what and when they did it. This level of detail enables you to identify where a mistake may have been made or who to contact about a particular piece of content.

To view the audit trail right click on any piece of content for a full overview or access the version history to view a specific version of the page.

The audit trail gives you a full suite of reports and allows you to understand areas such as workload for specific editors.

Audit data is held against all objects including users, folders, web pages, content, templates, style sheets, projects and administration actions.
